Common use of Cost Reductions Clause in Contracts

Cost Reductions. Supplier shall provide to Control4 regular cost reductions to occur semi-annually from the date of execution of this Agreement or as mutually agreed between the Parties in writing. Such reductions may be either through manufacturing efficiency gains, through component pricing improvements or through cost reductions, so long as any component changes are approved by Control4 in advance and in writing.
