Common use of Cost Report Training Clause in Contracts

Cost Report Training. The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that individual(s) responsible for preparing the Contractor’s cost reports shall: 6.3.1.1 Attend HHSC cost report training in compliance with 1 TAC §355.7101 prior to submitting an annual cost report; and 6.3.1.2 Attach a copy of the preparer’s training certificate to each completed cost report.
