Cost Responsibility. The Contract Agency shall be responsible for the cost of medication prescribed for its inmates. The Contract Agency shall also be responsible for costs associated with the delivery of medical, psychiatric, dental, and emergency medical services provided to an inmate which are not available from the health care program within the County jail. These costs shall be paid directly to the provider or as a reimbursement to the County, as directed by the County.
