Common use of Cost Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Cost Responsibility. Customer shall bear the cost of any facilities, equipment, modifications and upgrades as required by the Rule. Customer shall also be responsible for all reasonable expenses, including overheads, associated with owning, operating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing its Net Metering Facility.
