Cost Savings Management Information. The Supplier shall provide regular updates to Contracting Authorities on reductions in print volumes and associated cost savings as part of the on-going Service throughout the Call Off Contract. The Supplier shall provide any such updates in accordance with the frequency and particular MI requirements to be specified by Contracting Authorities at Call Off stage but shall provide, as a minimum, monthly reports at no additional cost to Contracting Authorities.
