Cost Sharing and Sub Limits. Each and every claim under the Policy shall be subject to a Copayment of 10% applicable to claim amount admissible and payable as per the terms and conditions of the Policy. The amount payable shall be after deduction of the copayment. i. Our obligation to make payment in respect of surgeries for cataracts (after the expiry of the 2 year period referred to in Exclusion C2) above, shall be restricted to maximum of Rs 25000 for each and every claim (or the actual incurred amount whichever is lower) for each of You. ii. Our obligation to make payment in respect of procedures as part of Modern Treatment Methods and Advancement in Technologies (as per list in Annexure III) will be restricted to 50% of Sum Insured.
