Costs of the Project. The Recipient shall apply the Financing Proceeds to the Costs of the Project in accordance with the Act and Oregon law, as applicable. Financing Proceeds cannot be used for costs in excess of one hundred percent (100%) of the total Costs of the Project and cannot be used for pre- Award Costs of the Project, unless permitted by Exhibit C.
Costs of the Project. The City agrees to pay for certain costs of the Project as set forth below, which costs are not Reimbursable Costs under this Agreement:
Costs of the Project. (a) CDOT may withdraw available money from the Project Account in an aggregate amount up to the sum of the amount of proceeds of the Certificates deposited into the Project Account pursuant to Section 3.01(c) of the Indenture and the amount of any earnings thereon retained in the Project Account for the purpose of paying, or reimbursing CDOT for the payment of, Costs of the Project by delivering to the Trustee a requisition in the form attached as Exhibit E to the Indenture (as used in this Section 5.10, a “Requisition”), signed by a CDOT Representative. (b) Upon and effective on each date a Requisition is signed and delivered to the Trustee pursuant to subsection (a) of this Section, the representations of CDOT set forth in such Requisition are incorporated in this Lease as if set forth herein in full. (c) CDOT shall submit a final Requisition to the Trustee pursuant to subsection (a) of this Section no later than six months after the Scheduled Completion Date unless otherwise approved by the Trustee.
Costs of the Project. The proceeds of the Bank Loan and the Facility Loan shall be drawn by the Company on behalf of the Issuer to pay for Costs of the Project. For purposes of this Lease. "Costs of the Project" shall consist of all costs of acquiring, improving, and installing the Facility as the same may be available therefor and financed pursuant to the Bank Loan Documents and the Facility Loan Documents, including, without limitation:
Costs of the Project. The proceeds of the Loan shall be used solely to pay Costs of the Project. All Costs of the Project shall be reflected in the budget provided to the Bank by the Borrower, which shall designate the portion of Costs of the Project which shall be funded through the Loan and the portion which shall be contributed by the Borrower. The maximum amount which the Bank shall be obligated to authorize the Trustee to disburse for any Costs of the Project shall be the amount shown in the budget, as modified from time to time as herein provided. From time to time, the Borrower or the Bank may determine that modifications are necessary in the budget because of actual or anticipated changes in the Costs of the Project. If, after due consultation and consideration of the views of the Borrower and supporting documentation, the Borrower and the Bank do not agree to what modifications need to be made in the budget, the determination of the Bank shall control.
Costs of the Project. The Project will, for purposes of accounting for the Authority’s costs and charges to the Participants, be separated into: (i) Costs of Acquisition and Construction of the Project, and (ii)

In addition, the following are ineligible activities and the Financing Proceeds cannot be used for costs associated with them: (1) Capital expenditures such as buildings, land, equipment, or construction materials. (2) Activities that support the operations or maintenance of an existing network. (3) Any construction or deployment activities.
Costs of the Project. In order to pay the costs of Project the Authority has authorized the issuance of the Series 2022C Bonds, for which provision is made upon the terms set forth in the Resolution, a certified copy of which Resolution is on file in the records of the Authority and the Lessee.
Costs of the Project. In addition, amounts in the Bond Mortgage Loan Fund shall be transferred to the Redemption Fund, the Rebate Fund and the Borrower at the times and in the manner provided in subsection (e) of this Section 4.02.
