All notarial fees, and transfer taxes, stamp duties or documentary taxes, capital taxes or duties, registration or filing fees or similar expenses related to payable in connection with the negotiation, preparation, and execution of transactions contemplated by this AgreementAgreement shall be borne by the party legally responsible therefor.
