Counseling Load. The maximum number of students in a counselor's load during the term of this Agreement shall be: Middle School 375 High School 350 If at any time the specified limit set forth above is exceeded by more than twenty-five (25) students, the involved principal, the involved counselor, an Association representative, and the Superintendent's representative shall meet to plan means for relieving the situation.

  • Counseling Services Therapy is a relationship between people that works in part because of clearly defined rights and responsibilities held by each person. As a client in mental health counseling, you have certain rights and responsibilities that are important for you to understand. In order to be most successful, you will have to work on things we discuss in treatment outside of sessions, as a kind of homework. The first 2 sessions will involve a comprehensive evaluation of your needs. By the end of the evaluation, I will be able to offer you some initial impressions of what our work might include. At that point, we will discuss your treatment goals and create an initial treatment plan. You should evaluate this information and make your own assessment about whether you feel comfortable working with me. If you have questions about my procedures, we should discuss them whenever they arise. If your doubts persist, I will be happy to help you set up a meeting with another mental health professional for a second opinion or to make a move to another therapist that feels like a better fit.

  • Outplacement Assistance 12.1 Following a termination of employment, other than for Cause, the Executive shall be reimbursed by the Company for the costs of all outplacement services obtained by the Executive within the two (2) year period after the Effective Date of Termination; provided, however, that the total reimbursement shall be limited to an amount equal to twenty percent (20%) of the Executive’s Base Salary as of the effective date of termination.

  • Outpatient Dental Anesthesia Services This plan covers anesthesia services received in connection with a dental service when provided in a hospital or freestanding ambulatory surgical center and: • the use of this is medically necessary; and • the setting in which the service is received is determined to be appropriate.
