Common use of Counterpart and Facsimile Signatures Clause in Contracts

Counterpart and Facsimile Signatures. This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, all of which when taken together shall be considered one and the same agreement and shall become effective when counterparts have been signed by each party and delivered to the other party, it being understood that both parties need not sign the same counterpart. In the event that any signature is delivered by facsimile transmission, such signature shall create a valid and binding obligation of the executing party with the same force and effect as if such facsimile signature page were an original thereof.

This Agreement agreement may be executed in two several counterparts, either originally or more counterpartsby way of facsimile signature, all of which when taken together which, collectively, shall be considered constitute one and agreement, binding on all of the same agreement and shall become effective when counterparts have been signed by each parties hereto even if any party and delivered is not a signatory to the other party, it being understood that both parties need not sign original or the same counterpart. In the event that any signature is delivered by facsimile transmission, such signature shall create a valid and binding obligation of the executing party with the same force and effect as if such facsimile signature page were an original thereof.

This Agreement may be executed signed in two or more counterparts, all any number of which when taken together shall be considered one and the same agreement and shall become effective when counterparts have been signed by each party and delivered to the other party, it being understood that both parties need not sign the same counterpart. In the event that any signature is delivered by facsimile transmission, such signature shall create a valid and binding obligation of the executing party with the same force and effect as if the signatures to each counterpart were upon a single instrument, and all such counterparts shall be deemed a single original of this Agreement. A facsimile transmission by one party to another party of an executed signature page were of this Agreement shall be deemed to be equivalent to delivery of an original thereofsignature page, and the transmitting party shall forward the original signature page upon request of the receiving party.
