Common use of Counterpart Form Clause in Contracts

Counterpart Form. This Security Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts (or upon separate signature pages bound together into one or more counterparts), each fully-executed set taken together shall be deemed to constitute one and the same instrument. Delivery of an executed signature page of this Security Agreement by facsimile transmission shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart hereof.
