Common use of Counterparts and Effectiveness Clause in Contracts

Counterparts and Effectiveness. This Agreement may be executed simultaneously in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which shall constitute but one and the same instrument. The execution of this Agreement by facsimile signature shall be sufficient for all purposes, and shall be binding upon any party who so executes.
