Counterparts/Defined Terms. This First Amendment may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be an original, and all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. Terms defined in the Agreement but not separately defined in this First Amendment shall be given the meanings assigned to them in the Agreement. The use of the term Products includes all CPL Products.
