Counterparts; Electronically Transmitted Documents and Signatures. The STAC and any Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which are deemed an original and all of which together constitute one and the same instrument, it being understood that the Parties need not sign the same counterpart. An electronic signature or a manual signature on the STAC or any Agreement, which image (in either case) is transmitted electronically, shall constitute an original signature for all purposes.
