Counterparts; Electronically Transmitted Signatures. This Agreement may be executed and delivered by facsimile or other electronic transmission in any number of counterparts, each of which when so executed and delivered shall be deemed to be an original and all of which when taken together shall constitute one and the same agreement, binding on all parties hereto.
