Counterparts; Language. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts. This Agreement has been prepared and executed in the English language. No authorized translation has been prepared or executed. Any translations into the Japanese language that may be prepared by or for any party are for convenience only and the English language version of this Agreement shall govern; provided that the Demerger Agreement shall be executed in the Japanese language and the English translation is for reference purpose only.
