Common use of Counterparts; PDF Signatures Clause in Contracts

Counterparts; PDF Signatures. This Agreement may be executed in any number of original counterparts which together shall constitute the agreement of the parties. Signatures transmitted by PDF shall be deemed to be original signatures and binding on the parties hereto.
