Common use of Counterparts; Signature Pages Clause in Contracts

Counterparts; Signature Pages. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts. The exchange of copies of this Agreement and of counterpart signature pages by facsimile transmission, by electronic mail in “portable document format” (“.pdf”) form, or by any other electronic means intended to preserve the original graphic and pictorial appearance of a document and any signatures contained on it, or by combination of such means, will constitute effective execution and delivery of this Agreement and may be used in lieu of the original Agreement for all purposes. Signatures of the parties transmitted by facsimile or any other means referenced in this Clause will be deemed to be their original signatures for all purposes.
