Common use of Countersignatures Clause in Contracts

Countersignatures. The Parties agree that this Agreement may be signed in any number of counterparts and that this Agreement and the signatures may be delivered by facsimile or other electronic means, each of which shall be deemed to be an original, with the same effect as if the signatures thereto were upon the same instrument and delivered in person. The provisions of this Schedule “B” apply to the Services, as applicable.
