Country Specific Terms. If You are a resident of or Your registered office is located in one of the countries or territories listed below, the terms of Exhibit B shall apply to You. In the case of conflict or ambiguity between any provision contained in the body of these General Terms and Conditions and any provision contained in Exhibit B, the provision contained in Exhibit B shall prevail if Exhibit B applies to You. a. Country Specific Terms. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the PBA shall be subject to the Country-Specific Terms attached hereto as an Addendum to this Agreement. In addition, if the Grantee relocates to one of the countries included in the Country-Specific Terms, the special terms and conditions for such country will apply to the Grantee to the extent the Company determines that the application of such terms and conditions is necessary or advisable in order to comply with local law or facilitate the administration of the Plan.
