County’s Contract Project Monitor. 6.4.1 The role of the County’s Project Monitor is to oversee the day-to-day administration of this Contract; however, in no event shall Contractor’s obligation to fully satisfy all of the requirements of this Contract be relieved, excused or limited thereby.
