County’s Duties. The County shall pay the Contractor in the manner and in the amounts specified in the Contract Documents. There are no matching requirements from the Contractor. a. Payment Provisions: Payment provisions are described in Addendum 1 b. The County shall accept fiscal responsibility for deviations from the terms of this Contract as a result of acts of the County or any of its officers, employees, agents or representatives. c. County shall notify Contractor of time and place of any training and provide any available information needed to complete services. d. County shall notify Contractor should a criminal record check and/or drug test be necessary. Contractor agrees to comply with such a request. Any check/test shall be at County expense.
