Courageous Service. Courageous Service Citation shall be awarded to any command officer who in the performance of their duties displays exceptional courage and bravery or where the command officer knowingly endangers, or is likely to endanger their life or expose themselves to serious injury and as a result of this, crime is prevented, a life saved, a suspect is arrested, or an incident is resolved.
