Course Maintenance. The CONTRACTOR shall maintain the physical and structural condition of the Golf Course, and CITY grounds to the street or adjoining private property line, including without limitation, the grounds, plants, trees, hole design, paths water features, and other course features, in at least as good a condition as they presently exist.
