Course Maintenance. CONTRACTOR shall maintain the physical and structural condition of the golf course, including without limitation, the grounds, plants, trees, hole design, paths, water features and other course features, in at least as good a condition as it presently exists. CONTRACTOR agrees to follow the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Certification Program for Golf Courses and maintain said certification throughout the duration of this Agreement and all renewals.

Course Maintenance.
