Courses Offered Through Institutes or Community Development. The parties agree that if College of the Rockies credit is granted to a student of a contract training course, during that course, or within two (2) months of the completion of the course, the instructional assignment for that contract training course will be considered bargaining unit work. If the Instructor of the course has not already been compensated at bargaining unit rates or greater, s/he will be entitled to compensation at her/his applicable bargaining unit rate.
