Courses, Programs, Services—First Priority Sample Clauses

The 'Courses, Programs, Services—First Priority' clause establishes that certain courses, programs, or services will receive precedence over others in terms of access, resources, or scheduling. In practice, this means that when there is a conflict or limited availability, the designated courses or programs identified as having first priority will be served or scheduled before others. This clause ensures that critical or high-priority offerings are not delayed or compromised due to competing demands, thereby supporting the institution’s strategic goals or contractual obligations.
