Covenant Against Other Assignments. The Company will not assign or in any manner transfer its interests under this Lease, nor will it suffer or permit any assignment thereof by operation of law, except for Permitted Encumbrances and assignments or transfers of interest which are otherwise in accordance with the limitations, conditions and requirements herein set forth.
