Common use of Covenant for Non-Discrimination Clause in Contracts

Covenant for Non-Discrimination. The Developer covenants by and for itself and any successors in interest that there will be no discrimination against or segregation of any person or group of persons on account of race, color, creed, religion, sex, marital status, age, disability, national origin or ancestry in the construction, sale, lease, sublease, transfer, use, occupancy, tenure or enjoyment of the Project, nor will the Developer itself or any person claiming under or through it establish or permit any such practice or practices of discrimination or segregation with reference to the selection, location, number, use or occupancy of tenants, lessees, subtenants, sublessees or vendees of the Project.

The Developer covenants by and for itself and any successors in interest that there will shall be no discrimination against or segregation of any person or group of persons on account of race, color, creed, religion, sex, familial status, marital status, age, disabilityhandicap, national origin origin, sexual orientation or ancestry in the construction, sale, lease, sublease, transfer, use, occupancy, tenure or enjoyment of the ProjectProject Area 1, nor will shall the Developer itself or any person claiming under or through it establish or permit any such practice or practices of discrimination or segregation with reference to the selection, location, number, use or occupancy of tenants, lessees, subtenants, sublessees or vendees of the ProjectProject Area 1.
