Covenant Not to Disparage. The Employee hereby irrevocably covenants and agrees that during the term of this Agreement and after its termination, he will refrain from making any remarks that could be construed by anyone, under any circumstances, as disparaging, directly or indirectly, specifically, through innuendo or by inference, whether or not true, about the Company its constituent members, or its officers, directors, stockholders, employees, agent or affiliates, whether related to the business of Company, to other business or financial matters or to personal matters.
