Common use of Covenant of Non-Solicitation Clause in Contracts

Covenant of Non-Solicitation. During the Severance Period (without any reduction or modification), the Executive shall not, either on the Executive's own account or for any person, firm or company, solicit, interfere with or induce, or attempt to induce, any employee of the Corporation or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates to leave his employment or to breach his employment agreement, if any.
