COVENANT OF QUIET ENJOYMENT. Landlord agrees that Tenant, on paying the Rent and other payments herein reserved and on keeping, observing and performing all the other terms, covenants, conditions, provisions and agreements herein contained on the part of Tenant to be kept, observed and performed, shall, during the Term, peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Premises, subject to the terms, covenants, conditions, provisions and agreements of this Lease, free from hindrance by Landlord or any person claiming by, through or under Landlord.

COVENANT OF QUIET ENJOYMENT. Landlord agrees covenants that Tenantif Tenant pays the Base Rent, on paying the Additional Rent and all other payments herein reserved charges provided for herein, performs all of its obligations provided for hereunder, and on keeping, observing and performing observes all of the other termsprovisions hereof, covenants, conditions, provisions and agreements herein contained on the part of Tenant to be kept, observed and performed, shall, at all times during the Term, peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Demised Premises, without any interruption or disturbance from Landlord, subject to the terms, covenants, conditions, provisions and agreements of this Lease, free from hindrance by Landlord or any person claiming by, through or under Landlord.terms hereof. ​ ​

Landlord agrees covenants that Tenant, on paying if Tenant pays the Rent and all other payments fees, charges and expenses provided for herein reserved in a timely manner as and on keepingwhen due, observing duly performs all of its other obligations provided for hereunder, and performing observes all of the other termsprovisions hereof, covenants, conditions, provisions and agreements herein contained on the part of Tenant to be kept, observed and performed, shall, at all times during the Term, peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Demised Premises, without any interruption or disturbance from Landlord, subject to the terms, covenants, conditions, provisions and agreements of this Lease, free from hindrance by Landlord or any person claiming by, through or under Landlordterms hereof.

COVENANT OF QUIET ENJOYMENT. COVENANT OF QUIET ENJOYMENT. COVENANT OF QUIET ENJOYMENT. Landlord agrees covenants that Tenantif, on paying and so long as, Tenant pays the Rent and all other payments herein reserved charges provided for herein, and on keepingperforms all of its obligations provided for herein, observing and performing all the other terms, covenants, conditions, provisions and agreements herein contained on the part of Tenant to be kept, observed and performed, shall, at all times during the Term, Term peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Leased Premises, without any interruption or disturbance from Landlord, or anyone lawfully or equitably claiming through or under Landlord, subject to the terms, covenants, conditions, provisions terms hereof and agreements any mortgage or deed of trust to which this Lease, free from hindrance by Landlord or any person claiming by, through or under LandlordLease shall be subordinate.

COVENANT OF QUIET ENJOYMENT. Landlord agrees that TenantUpon payment of the rent and additional rent herein provided, on paying the Rent and other payments herein reserved observance and on keeping, observing and performing performance of all the other terms, covenants, conditionsterms and conditions on Tenant’s part, provisions and agreements herein contained on the part of Landlord covenants that Tenant to be kept, observed and performed, shall, during the Term, shall peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Premises, subject to Premises for the terms, covenants, conditions, provisions and agreements of this Lease, free from Term herein demised without hindrance or interruption by the Landlord or any person other person, or persons, lawfully or equitably claiming by, through or under the Landlord.

Landlord agrees covenants that Tenant, on paying Tenant shall be granted peaceable and quiet enjoyment of the Rent and other payments herein reserved and on keeping, observing and performing all the other terms, covenants, conditions, provisions and agreements herein contained on the part of Tenant to be kept, observed and performed, shall, Premises during the Term, peaceably term hereof so long as Tenant punctually (i) pays the rent and quietly have, hold all other amounts payable by Tenant hereunder and enjoy the Premises, subject to the terms, covenants, conditions, provisions (ii) performs all of Tenant's other covenants and agreements of this Lease, free from hindrance by Landlord or any person claiming by, through or under Landlordobligations hereunder.

COVENANT OF QUIET ENJOYMENT. Landlord agrees covenants that Tenantif Tenant pays the rent and all other charges provided for herein, on paying the Rent performs all of its obligations provided for hereunder, and other payments herein reserved and on keeping, observing and performing observes all of the other termsprovisions hereof, covenants, conditions, provisions and agreements herein contained on the part of Tenant to be kept, observed and performed, shall, shall at all times during the Term, Term peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Demised Premises, without any interruption or disturbance from Landlord, subject to the terms, covenants, conditions, provisions and agreements of this Lease, free from hindrance by Landlord or any person claiming by, through or under Landlordterms hereof.

COVENANT OF QUIET ENJOYMENT. Landlord agrees covenants that Tenantif Tenant is not in default, on paying and so long as Tenant pays the Rent rent and all other payments herein reserved charges provided for herein, and on keepingperforms all of Its obligations provided for herein, observing and performing Tenant shall at all the other terms, covenants, conditions, provisions and agreements herein contained on the part of Tenant to be kept, observed and performed, shall, times during the Term, term hereof peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Demised Premises, without any interruption or disturbance from Landlord, or anyone Claiming through or under the Landlord, subject to the terms, covenants, conditions, provisions and agreements of this Lease, free from hindrance by Landlord or any person claiming by, through or under Landlordterms hereof.

COVENANT OF QUIET ENJOYMENT. Landlord agrees that Tenant, on paying the Rent and other payments herein reserved and on keeping, observing and performing all of the other terms, covenants, conditions, provisions and agreements herein contained on the part of Tenant to be kept, observed and performed, shall, during the TermTerm of this Lease, peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Premises, Premises subject to the terms, covenants, conditions, provisions and agreements of this Leasehereof, free from hindrance by Landlord or any other person claiming by, through through, or under Landlord.

Landlord agrees that Tenant, on paying the Rent Rent, charges for services and other payments herein reserved and on keeping, observing and performing all the other terms, covenants, conditions, provisions and agreements herein contained on the part of Tenant to be kept, observed and performed, shall, during the Term, peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Premises, Premises subject to the terms, covenants, conditions, provisions and agreements of this Lease, hereof free from hindrance by Landlord or any person claiming by, through through, or under Landlord.

COVENANT OF QUIET ENJOYMENT. Landlord covenants and agrees that TenantTenant shall have complete, on paying peaceful and quiet enjoyment of the Rent Premises and other payments herein reserved and on keepingall appurtenances belonging thereto without hindrance, observing and performing all the other terms, covenants, conditions, provisions and agreements herein contained on the part of Tenant to be kept, observed and performed, shall, during the Term, peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Premises, subject to the terms, covenants, conditions, provisions and agreements of this Lease, free from hindrance molestation or ejection by Landlord or any person anyone claiming byby or through Landlord throughout the Term or until this Lease is earlier terminated as provided herein, through or under Landlordsubject only to the express terms, covenants and conditions contained in this Lease.

COVENANT OF QUIET ENJOYMENT. Landlord agrees covenants that Tenantif and so long as Tenant pays the rent in full and performs all of its obligations herein, on paying the Rent and other payments herein reserved and on keeping, observing and performing Tenant shall at all the other terms, covenants, conditions, provisions and agreements herein contained on the part of Tenant to be kept, observed and performed, shall, times during the Term, Term peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Leased Premises, without any interruption or disturbance from Landlord, or anyone lawfully or equitably claiming through or under Landlord, subject to the terms, covenants, conditions, provisions terms hereof and agreements any mortgage or deed of trust to which this Lease, free from hindrance by Landlord or any person claiming by, through or under LandlordLease shall be subordinate.

COVENANT OF QUIET ENJOYMENT. Subject to the provisions of Section 1.02 hereof, Landlord agrees covenants that Tenantif and so long as Tenant pays the rent and all other charges provided for herein and performs all of its obligations provide for herein, on paying the Rent and other payments herein reserved and on keeping, observing and performing Tenant shall at all the other terms, covenants, conditions, provisions and agreements herein contained on the part of Tenant to be kept, observed and performed, shall, times during the Term, term hereof peaceably and quietly have, hold hold, and enjoy the Premises, subject to the terms, covenants, conditions, provisions and agreements of this Lease, free without any interruption or disturbance from hindrance by Landlord or any person anyone claiming by, through or under Landlord, subject to the terms hereof.

COVENANT OF QUIET ENJOYMENT. Landlord agrees covenants with Tenant that Tenant, on paying so long as Tenant pays the Rent and other payments herein reserved and on keepingfulfills or performs all of the obligations hereunder, observing and performing all the other terms, covenants, conditions, provisions and agreements herein contained on the part of Tenant to be kept, observed and performed, shall, during the Term, shall peaceably hold and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Premises, subject to the terms, covenants, conditions, provisions and agreements of this Lease, free from hindrance Premises without interruption by Landlord or any person claiming by, through or under Landlordit.

COVENANT OF QUIET ENJOYMENT. Landlord agrees covenants that Tenant, on paying the Rent if and other payments herein reserved and on keeping, observing and performing so long as Tenant pays in full all the rent and all other termscharges provided for herein and performs all of its obligations provided for herein, covenants, conditions, provisions and agreements herein contained on the part of Tenant to be kept, observed and performed, shall, shall at all times during the Term, term hereof peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Premises, subject to the termswithout any interruption or disturbance from Landlord, covenants, conditions, provisions and agreements of this Lease, free from hindrance by Landlord or any person anyone claiming by, through or under Landlord, subject to the terms hereof.

COVENANT OF QUIET ENJOYMENT.
