Common use of Covenant of Title Clause in Contracts

Covenant of Title. Landlord covenants that it has full right, power and authority to make this Lease, and that Tenant or any permitted assignee or sublessee of Tenant, upon the payment of the rent and performance of the covenants upon Tenant's part to be performed hereunder, shall and may peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Leased Premises and improvements thereon during the Term of this Lease.

Covenant of Title.
