Common use of Covenants of Both Parties Clause in Contracts

Covenants of Both Parties. Each Party covenants to the other that during the Term of this Agreement it will: (a) comply in all material respects at all times with all Applicable Laws necessary for its performance under this Agreement; and (b) give all required Notices, and procure, maintain, and comply with, in all material respects, all applicable Permits necessary for the performance of its obligations under this Agreement, and pay all charges and fees in connection therewith.
