Common use of Covenants; Representations Clause in Contracts

Covenants; Representations. The Borrowers shall be in compliance with all covenants, agreements and conditions in each Loan Document and each representation and warranty contained in each Loan Document shall be true with the same effect as if such representation or warranty had been made on the date such Loan or Standby Letter of Credit, as applicable, is made or issued, except to the extent such representation or warranty relates to a specific prior date.
