Common use of Covenants Run with Land Clause in Contracts

Covenants Run with Land. (a) The agreements, covenants and conditions in this Lease contained are and shall be deemed to be covenants running with the land and the reversion and shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of Landlord and Tenant and their respective successors and assigns and all subsequent Landlords and Tenants respectively hereunder. (b) All references in this Lease to “Tenant” or “Landlord” shall be deemed to refer to and include successors and assigns of Tenant or Landlord, respectively, without specific mention of such successors or assigns.
