Common use of Covenants under Transaction Documents Clause in Contracts

Covenants under Transaction Documents. The Company shall deliver to the Bond Trustee all reports, opinions and other documents required to be submitted to the Bond Trustee at the times required by this Lease Agreement and the Bond Indenture and all other Transaction Documents, and shall perform or cause to be performed all covenants and agreements required on the part of the Company contained in this Lease Agreement and the Bond Indenture and any other Transaction Documents. This Lease Agreement, all supplements to this Lease Agreement, and all other Transaction Documents shall be delivered to and held by the Bond Trustee.
