Common use of Coverage A Clause in Contracts

Coverage A. Dwelling 1. We cover: a. The dwelling on the “residence premises” used as your primary residence shown in the Declarations, including attached structures, other than fences, and attached wall-to-wall carpeting if damage to the dwelling is caused by a covered loss. b. Materials and supplies located on or next to the “residence premises” used to construct, alter, or repair the dwelling or other structures on the “residence premises”; and c. In-ground swimming pools including related permanently installed equipment such as pumps and filters. 2. We do not cover land, including land on which the dwelling is located.
