Common use of Coverage B Clause in Contracts

Coverage B. “You” may add an amount equal to the “limit” shown on the “declarations” for Coverage B – Related Private Structures to the “limit” shown on the “declarations” for Coverage A – Residence “limit” when there are no detached related private structures on the “insured premises”. If at the time of loss the combined replacement cost of all detached related private structures on the “described location”, excluding fences, driveways, sidewalks, and inground pools, is less than the Coverage B “limit”, the difference may be added to the Coverage A “limit”.
