Common use of Coverage for Insurance Clause in Contracts

Coverage for Insurance. Coverage for insurance benefits will terminate at the end of the month in which the employee leaves the school district. The Employer agrees to provide the above-mentioned insurance benefits within the underwriting rules and regulations as set forth by the insurance carrier in the master contract held by the policyholder.
