Coverage for Temporary Vacancies. Where there is more than one part-time Employee in a job in a particular bid location, coverage shall be offered to part-time Employees in order of seniority, except for: (a) regularly scheduled days of rest, (b) scheduled vacations, or, (c) regular periods of work load. Coverage for (a), (b), and (c) above, shall be scheduled as equally as practicable on a monthly basis.
