Common use of COVERAGE OF EMPLOYEES Clause in Contracts

COVERAGE OF EMPLOYEES. a. The Law Enforcement Management Unit consists of all employees as stated in the listing of classes set forth in Exhibit "A" of this Agreement with the exception of those positions listed in Section 1.2 above. b. This Agreement applies only to employees in the above described representation unit.
