For the purpose of this Memorandum of Understanding, the classification system which is adopted by the Board of Directors and maintained by the Human Resources Section is the source for determination of unit representation. 2. The District will notify the Association’s Recording Secretary within ten (10) days when a new employee is hired into regular employment in a bargaining unit position.
