Common use of Covered Liabilities Clause in Contracts

Covered Liabilities. The liabilities for which indemnification, contribution and advancement of expenses are provided under this Article include any damage, judgment amount paid in settlement, fine, penalty, punitive damages, excise tax assessed with respect to an employee benefit plan, or cost or expense, of any nature (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and disbursements).
