Covered Termination During a Change in Control Period. If Executive experiences a Covered Termination during a Change in Control Period, and if Executive executes and does not revoke a Release of Claims in accordance with Section 14(a)(v) hereof, then in addition to any annual incentive bonuses earned but not yet paid for any completed full fiscal year immediately preceding the employment termination date and any accrued but unpaid salary, bonus, vacation and expense reimbursement payable in accordance with applicable law, the Company shall provide Executive with the following:
