Common use of COVID-19 Protocols Clause in Contracts

COVID-19 Protocols. The County and the Hotel shall coordinate to create a mutually acceptable protocol for: (i) path of travel for the entry and exit of the County’s program participants, including, without limitation stairs, elevators, and corridors, (ii) for pickup of and delivery of linens, towels, and trash, maintenance requests and other logistics including those set forth in Exhibit C. The County shall, and shall cause its program participants to, comply with the mutually agreed upon protocols established in accordance with this Section 23.2.
