Common use of Creation and issue Clause in Contracts

Creation and issue. (a) A Series of Bonds shall be constituted by: (i) the Issuer delivering a completed and signed Series Supplement to the Supervisor and to the Registrar; and (ii) the Supervisor signing and returning the Series Supplement to the Issuer. (b) A Series of Bonds shall be issued and created by the Registrar entering the particulars of that constituted Series into the Register in accordance with clause 6.1(a).

(c) For the avoidance of doubt, each Existing Bond shall be considered issued and constituted in accordance with this clause.
