Creation of a Committee. The Employer may appoint a person or persons to act as the Committee and serve at its pleasure. If no such Committee is appointed, the Employer shall act as the Committee. The Employer shall notify the Trustee of the appointment of the original members of the Committee and of each change in the membership of the Committee. Vacancies in the Committee shall be filled by the Employer.
