Common use of Creation of the Notes Clause in Contracts

Creation of the Notes. Pursuant to the terms hereof and the Indenture, the Company hereby creates a series of its Notes known as the “2.050% Senior Notes due 2031” each of which shall be deemed Securities for all purposes of the Indenture.
