Credit Card Authorization. The Client authorizes the Venue to charge the provided credit card for the deposits. The rental isn't secured until payment and a signed contract are received and approved by the Venue agent. The remaining rental fee and balance due (payable 30 days prior to the event) can be paid by cash, check, or credit card.
